General Terms and Conditions of Sale:

Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival date

A deposit of 300 EUR via bank imprint will be requested without affecting your bank card limit.

Payment is made via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, etc.) secured through Stripe https://stripe.com/

• Parties are prohibited
• The accommodation is entirely non-smoking (inside and at the window)
• Animals are not allowed.
• Respect for resident neighbours, particularly with regard to noise.
• Arrivals are between 4pm and 9pm and departures are before 10am
• The traveler making the reservation must personally stay in the accommodation.
• No commercial activities
• Legal and respectful use of internet access
• The accommodation must be left clean.
• The key boxes are under camera surveillance
• We decline all responsibility for your personal belongings, including your cars.
