Parties are not allowed

The property is strictly non-smoking (including windows)

Pets are not allowed

Please respect the neighbors, especially regarding noise

Check-in is between 4 PM and 9 PM, check-out before 10 AM

The guest making the reservation must personally stay at the property

No commercial activities allowed

Internet access must be used legally and respectfully

The property must be left clean upon departure

Key boxes are under video surveillance
